"MyRepublic systems was compromised. The affected data storage platform contained identity verification documents related to customer applications for mobile services."

A data breach affecting over 79,000 customers of MyRepublic Mobile was reported. The leaked information included personal information such as name, identification number, contact information, and scanned copies of identification documents and utility bills. The company stated that they are investigating the cause of the breach and have informed the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) of the incident.
